Keep On Running

I am running in the London Marathon this year and all though i am extremely unfit i am sure in 13 weeks time i will be a lean mean running machine... well at least be able to walk around the course. Part of my entering is that i am trying to raise over £500 for Salmon's summer programme. This is so we can put on several activities for the young people of Bermondsey in the summer holidays.

Anyway if you can sponser me it would be most helpful.

Nicks operation was 100% successful and he was able to go home on Christmas Eve. He is doing well and thanks for all your prayers.
